Is there a shipping cost?
Yes. Minerals are sold FOB origin. Charities are responsible for shipping from the point of origin. There is no need to pay storage or transportation until the charity is ready to use the material.

Are these minerals sitting in a warehouse?
No. The documented material is in place as Lake Bonneville lacustrine sediment in the Sevier Desert. Charities access it when they are ready, subject to claim, BLM, and operating requirements in the data room.
Is there a mine, and where is it?
The documented claims are in Millard County, Utah, in the Sevier Desert near Sevier Lake — about 25 miles southwest of Delta, on BLM land (Fillmore Field Office), Township 19 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian. The target is a surface sandy/silty clay of Lake Bonneville origin, several feet thick — not a deep hard-rock mine, and not a Great Salt Lake operation.
Are there SITLA leases in the same area?
SITLA leases minerals on state trust lands; it does not issue 1872 Mining Law claims. Ajmoda, LLC holds limestone mineral lease ML 54502 (SITLA Southwest, Section 32 T20S R12W, 640 acres). Beard’s December 2025 technical report and the Stukenholtz and Midwest Labs sheets for that lease are in the data room. That lease is not the Antelope or Antelope North #2 BLM placer. Confirm current status on SITLA’s public maps.
What is Form 8283?
IRS Form 8283, Noncash Charitable Contributions, is used to report non-cash charitable gifts. An example is in the data room. Your CPA or attorney should complete the form for your facts.
Is this an investment contract?
No. These are not pooled arrangements or investment contracts. Partners have ownership and management responsibilities in a series LLC. Utah Seabed does not give tax, legal, or suitability advice.
What is the minimum contribution?
