Commitment
Three years of related use.
A qualified charity commits to use donated soil amendments for its exempt agricultural or land-restoration purpose for a minimum of three years. That related-use period is what makes a non-cash mineral gift meaningful under the donation strategy.
After that period, the charity may explore commercialization with expert partners. Utah Seabed does not give tax, legal, or suitability advice. Work with your own CPA, attorney, or financial planner.
Minerals are sold FOB origin. They are not warehoused in large quantities. Charities access the Sevier Desert bed when they are ready to use it, subject to claim, BLM, and operating requirements in the data room.
