This guarantee provides Partners with the assurance that ADDA will allocate sufficient resources to address potential risks and liabilities, ensuring the long-term viability and stability of the partnership. ADDA has sufficiently demonstrated its assets to cover these guarantees, and Partners have had access to review these assets as part of their due diligence.

Confidence in the Transaction:
ADDA recognizes that in-kind donations of this magnitude may be subject to audit. ADDA and its advisors are prepared for this scrutiny and are confident in the integrity of the donation. All necessary documentation and support will be readily available to auditors. ADDA firmly believes that the donation will be honored, ultimately benefiting all parties involved– from the mineral owners and Partners to the charitable organization receiving the donation.
